Refund policy
At THISA, every piece is carefully crafted and quality-checked before dispatch. Please review this policy before placing an order.
Size Exchange
We offer size exchanges for eligible products. To request an exchange, email support@thisa.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the size you need.
- The item must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size.
- Return courier charges are paid by the customer, unless the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect.
Returns
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, style preference or incorrect size selection. Please check our Size Guide before ordering, or WhatsApp us for help choosing your size.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, an unboxing video or clear photos of the item and the issue. Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue store credit.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Approved cancellations are refunded as store credit. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
Refunds
Refunds are not made to the original payment method. In eligible cases (damaged or incorrect items, or approved cancellations), the order value is issued as store credit, valid for 6 months from the date of issue, for use on thisa.in.
