Getting the right fit is important to us. If you need a different size, simply reach out to our team within 48 hours of receiving your order and we'll do our best to help.

How to Request an Exchange:
- Email support@thisa.in within 48 hours of delivery
- Share your order number and the size you need
- Ensure the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and tags are intact
- We'll confirm availability and guide you through the next steps

Note: Return courier charges are the customer's responsibility unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect.

Received a Damaged or Wrong Item?

We sincerely apologise. Please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and the issue

Once verified, we'll arrange a replacement or issue a store credit.

Refund Policy

In cases of damaged or incorrect items, refunds are issued as store credits valid for future purchases on THISA.IN.
