2. Products & Custom Orders
• All our products are carefully crafted, and slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature.
3. Pricing & Payments
• All prices listed are in INR (Indian Rupees) and exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change product pricing or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
• Payments must be completed online using our secure payment gateways. COD is not available.
4. Shipping
• Shipping timelines and delivery estimates are available on our Shipping Policy page.
• International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees which are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are not accepted. However, in the rare case of a defective or incorrect product, customers may request a replacement.
- All approved replacements will be issued with store credit that can be used for future purchases.
- Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with valid unboxing proof and photographs.
- Store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- Order cancellations may be requested before the order has been dispatched. If the cancellation is approved, the order value will be issued as store credit only. No monetary refund will be provided to the original payment method.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and it will be eligible for returns and exchanges..
