2. Products & Custom Orders
• All our products are carefully crafted, and slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature.
3. Pricing & Payments
• All prices listed are in INR (Indian Rupees) and exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change product pricing or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
• Payments must be completed online using our secure payment gateways. COD is not available.
4. Shipping
• Shipping timelines and delivery estimates are available on our Shipping Policy page.
• International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees which are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Returns & Exchanges
• Returns are not accepted. However, in the rare case of a defective or incorrect product, customers may request a replacement.
• All approved replacements will be issued with store credit that can be used for future purchases.
• Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with valid unboxing proof and photographs.
• Store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
